Loose Caboose Festival 2026 will be held on May 14, 15, & 16 in Downtown Paragould.
Future dates are May 13, 14, 15, 2027 and May 18, 19, 20, 2028.
Loose Caboose Festival is held the third weekend in May.

Thursday | 5-10PM
Friday | 10AM-10PM
Saturday | 8AM-10PM
IS THERE A COST TO ATTEND?
Loose Caboose Festival is a free-admission festival. Certain activities such as the carnival, bingo, cornhole tournament, and races have a fee. Additionally, if you want a food cup at the Petting Zoo, there is a fee. Walk thru only is free.

HOW MUCH ARE CARNIVAL ARMBANDS?
Carnival ticket and armband prices are set by the carnival company.
Thursday Session: 5-9PM - $25 / Friday Session: 6-10PM - $30 / Saturday Session #1: 12-4PM - $30 / Saturday Session #2: 6-10PM - $30
Armbands are per person per session. All rides have height and weight restrictions. No refunds due to weather. Individual tickets will also be available.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET SEPARATED FROM MY CHILD(REN)?
There is a Lost and Found area at the Hospitality Tent located in the parking lot across from The Crossing (the corner of Court Street & Pruett Street). All children found by Loose Caboose Festival staff members will be brought to this location. Any parent or child can approach a festival staff member for help. There will also be police, fire, and other emergency staff throughout the festival grounds.
WHERE CAN I PARK AT THE FESTIVAL?
Handicap parking is available off Highland Street. Otherwise, there is no designated parking for festival attendees. Several businesses allow the use of their parking lots on Saturday. Please be aware of no parking and tow away zones and obey all parking signs in the area. A parking map is provided [here]. If you are a business or resident in the festival grounds, you should obtain a parking pass for your designated parking lot. Contact 870-236-7684 for more info.
HOW LATE DO VENDORS STAY OPEN?
Vendors open at noon on Friday and stay open until 8PM. Vendors open at 10AM on Saturday and stay open until 8PM.
IS SEATING AVAILABLE AT THE CONCERTS?
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs. Some seating will be available at both the Unico Bank Amp Stage & St. Bernards Healthcare & Anchor Packaging Street Stage.
WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS FROM LOOSE CABOOSE FESTIVAL GO?
All proceeds of the Loose Caboose Festival will work towards an improved workforce and educational advancements in Greene County.
