Contest Rules:
Participants must be 12 years of age or younger to enter.
Each entry must include the child’s NAME, AGE, and PARENT E-MAIL ADDRESS to be considered.
One entry per child.
All entries must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025.
Entries should be submitted in person to the Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce located at 300 West Court St.
Entries will be judged in the following age categories:
One prize will be awarded for best in show in each age category.
The winner will receive a Loose Caboose Festival T-shirt and 2 armbands to be used at the Loose Caboose Festival. Prizes will need to be picked up from the chamber office.
Winners will be notified by email on Monday, May 12.
All entries become the property of Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Entrants acknowledge that contest submissions may be displayed in various media/social platforms and be used for advertising or other purposes.
